                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM VELMA WHITE, RELATIVE TO
                   CONTRACT NO. 76, DAYTONA HEIGHTS COLLECTION
                   SYSTEM, TRACT NO. 142.2, FOR A CONSIDERATION
                   OF ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY AND
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,750.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Velma White, relative to
       Contract No. 76, Daytona Heights Collection System, Tract No.
       142.2, for a consideration of $1,750.00.
